Join a committee or donate an item for one of our fundraising events, such as the Starry Night Gala, Summer Solstice Social, or the Ride for Justice. You could also volunteer at one of our community outreach events. Times and dates need to be arranged with the Friends Board in advance.

Join the Friends Board and help us provide resources for the CJC, engage in community outreach, raise money through fundraisers, and manage the budget. The Friends Board relies on dedicated volunteers to operate. Contact us if you are interested in joining.

Organize your own fundraiser to benefit the center. Do you like to golf, to bake, to run, to ride, to play poker, to bowl? It’s easy to put together a fund-raising event around your favorite activity. Just give us a call, and we’ll give you ideas. Let us review your plans to make sure they will also work for us, and so we can see how we can help.

While our new building is maintained by the county, we are always grateful for extra maintenance or cleanup support, especially after fundraising events. We could always use photographers to help take photos at our events. Scouts, church, and civic groups are encouraged to contact us to learn about special projects and coordinate ideas.
